Our policy is simple: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money within 10 days of receipt of the purchase.

All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags affixed.
Please include the original packing slip and paperwork with the reason for the return clearly noted.

All exchanges will be credited against the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment. Availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed, in which case you will be contacted by customer service.

Please send all returns and exchanges using a traceable shipping method. Paris Gordon Essentials cannot be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.


Orders received by 2pm will be shipped out the same day to ensure prompt delivery to our customers.  Because our warehouse packs and ships the items so quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.  Should you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@parisgordon.com
